Hi, I'm Maggy. I created this space for women who are searching for ways to transition through mid-life more mindfully. At WBi, you'll find evidence-based information and innovative practices that will deeply support your being and your becoming.
How it works
Everything here is based around an approach to wellness that harmonizes your body, mind, and spirit. It begins with your nervous system, and is strengthened by small habits and rituals.

Our goal is
to remove blocks to your highest self
These might be a body stuck in survival mode, a mind set on limiting beliefs, a spirit disconnected from your truth, and daily habits and rituals that reinforce these blocks and keep you stuck.
You'll discover how to
Calm and ground your body, shift and up-level your mind, align with your soul and elevate your spirit, and incorporate daily habits and rituals that support you.

You can take what works for you and unravel and replace any old patterns that are preventing your growth.
I call this approach the way
The way to truly allow your whole self to change and evolve. Ultimately, it’s the way home.
