Musing No. 7: New Vibration

The key to changing my life,
is to change my vibration.
I'm listening to Joe Dispenza. My goal is daily at lunch to shift my mindset, how I speak, and how I feel. To pull myself out of the habit-rut of defeatist thinking. The place I seem to return to as soon as things get hard or feel like they aren't moving or changing. I go back to a baseline that is skewed negative.
I have to change the energy I'm broadcasting. My vibration. When I'm caught in the loops of this is hard, why isn't this working, what am I doing wrong, or when I try to do my vision board, rather than see it, and feel it, and trust it, my vibe get low. And then I attract low. I attract hard, so it is hard. I attract this isn't working, so it doesn't. I get roadblocks and hurdles.
How do I create a new vibration?
Stop looking at the news and playing stories and images to my brain and psyche that are negative, conflict-laden, divisive, and upsetting.
Stop giving voice to my fears and frustrations. Let them pass. They will.
Watch, listen to, read, write about, and seek out positive, amazing, and inspiring things.
And, above all, return to gratitude. The many, many blessings I take for granted, especially when I'm in a low vibe.
Shift.
Be disciplined in these, as if my life depends on them. Because, in a big way, it does.
Its' the difference between living small, and living boldly, uniquely, and without borders. It's opening to the thousands of ways the divine universe can guide me, rather then the few options I see for myself.
And so it is.
